Professional skills - Our requirements include that you must have a strong understanding of at least one of the following areas: design, surface mount technology, packaging, testing, quality, research and development or repair/rework. Maintaining a positive image, professional and ethical attitude, self-motivated with excellent communications skills; and the ability to understand customers needs. The ability to sell additional regional and on-site training seminars within your assigned geographic territory. Business skills - An understanding of market conditions and setting effective business strategies, consultative selling skills and account penetration skills, and competitive technical/strategy support.
